Very much a lesser entry. Beaton is in unfamiliar territory, setting the book in Northern Cyprus rather than Agatha’s sleepy village of Carsley. This really highlights her flaws as an author. Oh well! Full review is here

A bit of frothy nonsense to edge me ever closer to the full Cannonball total. A silly whodunnit that reads like a cross between Miss Marple and Midsomer Murders, there are worse ways to while away a couple of hours. Full review is here
