Josephine’s #CBR5 Review #52 : The Revolutionary Trauma Release Process: Transcend Your Toughest Times by David Berceli

On the face of it this set of mostly psoas and hamstring stretches designed to release long held trauma in the body and heal emotional trauma expressed in tight muscles, is an excellent concept. BUT

WARNING!

If you have a back injury or other similar diagnosed problems, run this past someone who knows stuff before attempting the exercises in the book as they are quite full on or at the very least start gentle and only stretch to about 60% of your capacity.

Don’t for example, go at them hell for leather when you have, say, a back injury and, I don’t know…Lupus and gosh, lets just go crazy…also fibromyalgia and you are about to go on a three month holiday. Because then your back may completely freak and nuke you holiday. I mean that would really suck. isn’t it lucky that no one would be that daft!
